Rahman Industrial Park is our new venture where we are planning to build around 25 to 30 industrial sheds of different size (10’000, 15’000, 20’000, even up to 100’000 sqft) as per the requirement of our tenant.

The park is situated on 400’000 sqft of land & the entire area is fully secured & is surrounded by boundary wall

Usually we handover the building to the tenant according to their requirement of (length & width) within 90 to 120 days of confirmation.

Depending on the quality & specification of the shed the rent varies from tk-20, tk-18, tk-16 per sqft (negotiable) and the agreement period are of 10 years to 7 years, we need security deposit & advance while signing the contact.
