Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop detailed sales plans that result in sales success.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, achieve sales target, regular follow-up with client.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance and recommending new opportunities.
- Responsible for accomplishment of Individual Target (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
- Sell services of bdHousing.com
- Achieve company's goal through direct marketing and Tele-Marketing.
- Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone.
- Collect payment from the new client.
- Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
- Meeting prospective clients and promote about products.
- Received and attain customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage database of marketing information of the industry. Analyze statistics of sales growth in comparison to prior months.
- Ensure proper collection and target recovery is achieved.
- Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
- Looking for new client hunting to lead generate.
- Maintain awareness of competitive activities and opportunities

Educational Requirements
- BBA or MBA (Marketing) from any Public or Private University with good academic record.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Sales, Marketing, Advertising & Promotion, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research, Corporate Sales
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 year(s)
- Experienced on going to door to door client for sales activities may be treated as additional qualification.
- Sound knowledge on digital marketing and real estate.
