· Price Schedule
Ø Offered Price for the Flat including Common Area and proportionate Land: BDT 2,38,59,500 @ BDT 8,500 per sft (Negotiable).
Ø Price for Car parking area : BDT 400,000.
Ø Utility Connection Cost : BDT 300,000.
· Payment Schedule
Ø 50% (Fifty percent) of the gross value of the package is payable by the buyer upon signing of the Allotment of Agreement.
Ø The balance amount is payable by the buyer in ten equal monthly instalments which shall be paid by 10th day of each calendar month.
· Others
Ø All the costs related to Registration of Transfer of Title of the purchased share, including but not limited to, VAT, Taxes and all other incidental miscellaneous costs & charges concerning the same with mutation etc, shall be borne by the purchaser at actual.
Ø If the Purchaser desires to have tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen fittings, bathroom fittings, electrical fittings and other accessories fitted and internal painting done according to his own choice in place of the standard ones as selected by the project management , then the Purchaser shall within 30 (thirty) days of the signing of allotment agreement intimate in writing such of his optional choices to the project management and agree to pay additional cost for the item(s) of his choice and for the consequential additional labor involved.
