Dhaka city is increasingly becoming overcrowded and unlivable because of unplanned habitation.  Both Govt and sensible citizens are seriously concern about the issue. In spite of making arrangement for Dhaka city to breath, relocation to suburban areas is also on the top priority for years. One of the few successful steps taken is the development of SA Housing Estate Ltd. “Pantha Kanon City” where a portion of Dhaka city along with few govt offices are planned to be relocated. Hopefully in next 5 years a portion of Dhaka City will be relocated there. But the fact remains that it would be very insufficient in comparison to present population and activities of Dhaka city. Basing on these facts we have planned to built a mega city in the neighborhood to take a share of responsibilities to re accommodate Dhaka city.  We have certain features that make us different from others.
